Terms of Service
Please read this before using SideCard Golf. It explains what the App does, what it does not do, what you are buying, and the limits of the Developer’s responsibility.
1. This agreement, and who it is with
SideCard Golf (“the App”) is published by the company identified here when formation is complete (“the Developer”). This agreement governs your use of the App on every device and platform where you install it.
2. Your licence
The Developer grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control for your own non-commercial use.
3. What the App does
The App is a scorekeeping and calculation tool for golf side games. You choose the game, agree the rules and values with the people you play with, and enter gross scores and group decisions. The App performs arithmetic and displays results.
It does not recommend values, collect or transfer money, settle obligations between players, or take any share of any result.
4. Golf side games
The App supports Dots, 9-Point and Nassau, including simultaneous matches, handicap strokes, presses and garbage. Results are expressed in unitless points. Points are not money and are not redeemable.
5. Free rounds and purchase
You may complete three rounds without purchasing. Only a completed round counts. After those free rounds, a single purchase unlocks unlimited use on that platform. It is not a subscription.
6. Accuracy
Every result depends on values entered by you or another user. You are responsible for checking scores, options and results before anyone relies on them. The App is not an official scorer or handicap authority.
7. Information you enter
Player labels, scores, settings and completed-round history are stored on your device. The Developer does not receive them. You can remove players, delete rounds or clear history from within the App.
8. Age
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
9–17. Platform terms and legal provisions
The final published version will include the complete Apple and Google provisions, intellectual-property terms, disclaimers, liability limits, consumer rights, termination, changes, governing law and general provisions supplied by counsel.
