Privacy Policy
SideCard Golf keeps your golf data on your phone. The Developer does not have a server, and the App does not send your scores, players or round history anywhere.
1. The short version
The Developer receives no personal information from the App. Apple or Google handles your purchase, and your phone may send those platforms diagnostic information depending on settings you control.
2. What the App stores on your device
- Player names or labels
- Gross scores and agreed handicap strokes
- Game settings, values and press decisions
- Completed rounds and Head-to-Head Records
- Reusable scorecards and their expiry setting
- The completed-round count used for the three-round evaluation
- Your App settings
None of this is sent to the Developer, and the Developer has no way to read it.
3. What the App does not collect
The App does not ask for an account, email address, telephone number, location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, payment-card details or an advertising identifier.
It contains no advertising, analytics, attribution or third-party tracking service, and it does not require an internet connection to keep score.
4. Names entered for players
If you enter another person’s real name, that information remains on your phone. You can use initials or nicknames, remove players, or clear history whenever you like.
5. Apple and Google
Apple or Google processes purchases and purchase restoration using your store account. Your device may also share crash diagnostics with the platform under settings you control. Those companies act under their own privacy policies.
6. Beta versions
Apple TestFlight may share tester identity, feedback, screenshots and crash information with the Developer. That is a feature of the testing service, not collection performed by the App.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone because the App does not collect personal information.
8. Your control
You can discard a round, delete completed rounds, clear reusable scorecards, remove players, clear history, or delete the App. Because the Developer has no copy, it cannot retrieve, correct or delete that information for you.
9. If this changes
This policy describes an App with no server, account or analytics. It will be updated before any version adds a server, login, synchronization, advertising, analytics, third-party data sharing or device permissions.
